2017海科展情况Exhibition Situation

    2017海科展将于9月12日-14日在青岛国际博览中心盛大开幕，展出面积30000㎡，参展单位500余家，专业观众20000余人。

    China (Qingdao) International Ocean Science & Technology Exhibition 2017 will hold in Qingdao International EXPO Center from Sept. 12th-14th , with covering 30,000 ㎡ exhibition area and more than 500 scientific research institutes, universities and enterprises and 20,000 visitors.

二、展会背景 Exhibition Background

伴随着中国经济进入新常态，海洋经济正逐步成为经济发展的重要增长极。党的十八大作出了建设海洋强国的重大部署，习近平总书记强调，要进一步关心海洋、认识海洋、经略海洋，发展海洋科学技术，推动海洋科技向创新引领型转变。

With China's “new normal” economy, marine economy is gradually becoming an important growth pole of economic development. The 18th CPC National Congress made the deployment to construct marine powerful nation. Xi Jinping, the general secretary of communist party of China, stressed that to concern the ocean, to know the ocean, to develop the ocean and promote marine science and technology turning towards leading innovation type.

青岛是“一带一路”战略规划中的新亚欧大陆经济走廊主要节点城市和海上合作战略支点城市，拥有全国30%以上的海洋科研和教学机构，集聚了40%的高层次海洋科研人员，承担了50%的国家重点海洋科研项目。2016年，《国家十三五发展规划纲要》明确提出“建设青岛蓝谷等海洋经济发展示范区”，使蓝谷成为以海洋为主要特色的高科技研发及高技术产业重要集聚区域。

In the strategic plan of “One Belt One Road”, Qingdao is the main node city of economic corridor of new Eurasian continental bridge and the strategic pivot city of marine cooperation. More than 30% of marine scientific research and teaching institutions of China locate at Qingdao. 40% of marine scientific research personnel of China work and live here. It undertakes 50% of the national key marine scientific research projects. In 2016, the "Nation Outline of 13th Five-Year Development Plan" clearly puts forward that “To construct Qingdao Oceantec Valley Marine Economy Development Demonstration Area”, which made Oceantec Valley an important gathering area of high-tech research and high-tech industry with the main characteristics of ocean.
